Council Member Margaret Chin has responded to SAVE OUR SEAPORT’s outreach and informed us that:
1.) Howard Hughes Corporation will not file an application for the modification of the Pier 17 plan this week, and therefore will not appear before the City Planning Commission on Monday, July 25th.
2.) Since Manhattan Community Board One is off in the month of August, this is more likely to take place in September.
3.) City Planning will take a careful look at the private truck delivery driveway.
4.) City Planning and the Department of Transportation ...
