Save Our Seaport to Showcase South Street Seaport Museum Educational Opportunities During Next Meeting
Save Our Seaport will be host to the South Street Seaport Museum Director of Education, Laura Norwitz for its next meeting on Monday, February 29. Discussion will include the educational opportunities that the Seaport Museum and South Street Seaport Historic District have to offer the surrounding communities.
- In 2015, over 7,000 people were able to participate in the Seaport Museum’s educational programming
- Educational opportunities are available for every age-group starting with toddlers and pre-schoolers
- The South Street Seaport Museum offers programs on land, on board and underway
